Abstract

Real Work Lecture is a student learning process through various activities directly in the community. Students strive to be part of the community and are actively and creatively involved in the dynamics that occur in society. Students have a strategic role to change the Real Work Lecture (KKN) which is a form of dedication of higher education students to the community through the provision of assistance, one of which is counseling. The existence of the COVID-19 virus in Indonesia is still one of the problems that children inside or outside of school do not understand, so our group held a Real Work Lecture (KKN) program through counseling which aims to provide education on the COVID-19 virus. 19. In the implementation method, we went directly to the field to provide direct counseling and provide an approach to students at the MI Al-Hidayah school. This counseling is held in grades 2, 3 and 4 which are divided into several classes within the whole class. The results achieved from this outreach activity were providing an understanding of covid-19, children complying with health protocols to prevent the transmission of covid-19 and children having high awareness about the dangers of covid-19.
